  • $4,500 Sign On Bonus

Duties of Wound Nurse RN:

  • MUST have experience in wound care
  • Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Skin assessments for all new residents
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Rounding with wound care physician to track and monitor skin conditions to ensure proper treatments are in place
  • Monitors resident's food and liquid intake and output

Requirements Wound Care / Infection Control Nurse (RN):

  • Must be able to work as a team member
  • Valid KS State RN license
  • Infection Prevention Certification
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry

Job Types: Full-time
