SecretLevel of Experience:Mid HIThis opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) , a business group within HIIs Mission Technologies division.

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Foreign Disclosure Specialist to support our INDOPACOM Customer in Honolulu, HI Come join our growing team todayWhat you will do Prepares and processes foreign disclosure requests and prepare recommendations to the Government for approval or denial per US disclosure policies and guidanceReview various products that have been requested for releaseEnsure that all classified material is appropriately markedMaintain records archive of disclosure requests and decisions, and respond to requests for dataRecommend to the Government disclosure or release of information only after conducting technical and substantive reviews of informationAdvise on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the foreign disclosure programDemonstrate ability to explain and apply information from National Disclosure Policy
  • I and/or IC guidance/directives, to include the latest Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO) classification guidanceExperience with support function utilizing sophisticated analytical writing techniques to analyze, asses, and evaluate current programs classification management architectures, identifying problem areas, areas of improvement, and developing strategies to resolve issues and future proof the environmentAdditional duties as assigned or requiredWhat we are looking for 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experienceProven understanding of U.
S. government foreign disclosure policies and guidance (e.g., National Disclosure Policy-1, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Experience conducting technical and substantive reviews of information for foreign disclosureAbility to analyze and interpret complex classification guidance, including Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO) guidanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify classification management issues and develop solutionsExcellent research and writing skills to prepare foreign disclosure requests and recommendationsClearance:

Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a TS/SCITS/SCI highly desiredPhysical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.

Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
