Job Summary

Our Sales Support Specialist will work in our Grand Rapids, MI or Dallas, TX locations to support our C&I Division. This role will collaborate with our sales team members to provide essential support, enhancing the success of our sales team and organization as a whole. The contributions of this role will enable SitelogIQ C&I to achieve sales targets by helping to plan initiatives, influence client decision making, maintain progress related communication, and drive issues to resolution.

Our ideal candidate will be thorough, highly organized, results oriented, able to meet deadlines, and will ensure that our team and clients are well informed.

This role will assist the cultivation of meaningful, long-term, trust-based relationships with key clientele, as well as support in course correcting inevitable variables that appear throughout project timelines, providing clients with security in the midst of complex projects.

Responsibilities/duties

  • Support the sales team's development of client relationships and manage customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted support resource for client communications, proposals, and service delivery
  • Collect client specific data to craft metrics or support sales team (property attributes, utility bills, etc.)
  • Gather and analyze data about individual projects for the clients served by the Account/Program Executives you support.
  • Coordinate proposal delivery by submitting detailed development requests, tracking progress and deadlines, and assisting with quality control reviews
  • Support project execution by ensuring colleagues are aware of client expectations and keeping clients informed of progress/issues/resolutions
  • Support timeline planning, issue / action item tracking, and progress reporting
  • Prepare client-facing communications and deliverables, e.g. presentations, meeting recaps, and status reports
  • Host or support Program Executives in client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Managing the updates for CRM, Smartsheet, and other tracking tools in real time
  • Allocate time to learning and development to grow your solutions knowledge

Qualifications

  • 2 years prior experience in a business support function, preferably Customer Success, Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Administrative support
  • Ability to operate from a "service mindset" with all clients and internal teammates
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred

  • Personable, relatable, and able to maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated history of being highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Aptitude for quickly learning processes and technical concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially use of spreadsheets)
  • Committed team player willing to contribute where needed
  • Proactive and frequent communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
