As a Collaborator in the Manufacturing Department, you will actively participate in various projects to support the team's business goals. Your focus will be on executing tasks that contribute to the department's objectives and gaining a deep understanding of its operations.


Your Role and Responsibilities


As part of the team, you will be involved in:

  • Supporting departmental activities through research, analysis, and process enhancement
  • Learning and carrying out departmental functions and tasks, including communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in managing drawings, dimensions, and engineering databases
  • Collaborating with department leaders to grasp departmental goals and duties
  • Utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills to fulfill assigned duties
  • Engaging in training sessions for continuous skill enhancement
  • Participating in departmental initiatives

We are seeking individuals who can provide straightforward solutions to intricate problems. To be eligible, you should have:

  • Enrollment in a design, engineering, or analytical related college program
  • A high school diploma and vocational or technical drafting training
  • Interest in product development, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Prior exposure to a professional work setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
