Enhancement Foreman Make Your Move

Here's what you'd do:


We seek an experienced Landscape Enhancement Foreman to oversee and manage small to medium-sized landscape installations, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction in residential and commercial settings.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of landscape enhancement projects.
  • Supervise a team of 24 employees and provide leadership on job sites.
  • Directly participate in the installation of landscape enhancements. This includes but is not limited to planting, light hardscaping, irrigation repairs, and drainage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
  • Assign tasks to crew members and ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Perform infield training of crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
  • Daily adherence to all company safety requirements (ex., P.P.E., safe driving, etc.) and attendance of weekly safety meeting
  • Manage jobs to provide quality service within the budgeted hours assigned.
  • Keep an accurate daily log of time spent on properties using management software provided on the company tablet.
  • Collaborate with clients and management to understand client's needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience as a landscape enhancement foreman
  • Ability to lead a team and supervise multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs., stand or walk for extended periods of time, and endure periods of inclement weather.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and crew members.
  • Proficient in using all landscaping tools and equipment safely.
  • Ability to interpret edited pictures or maps explaining job tasks or boundaries.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address any issues that may arise during workday activities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to pass DOT screening and preemployment drug test, with no exceptions.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
