Job Description

Description:

  • The Project Manager will lead DAS and small cell system projects and proposals.
  • Assignments range from large neutral host networks to small DAS networks.
  • Develop engineering proposals with detailed RF design solutions, project budgets, schedules, material/subcontractor selections.
  • Responsible for project financial, schedule and quality goals.
  • Design in-building and repeater systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer representatives to define coverage requirements and customer needs.
  • Establish project requirements and draft customer proposals for coverage solutions.
  • Act as on-site Project Manager when necessary.
  • Manage project schedules and interface with customers and installation crews.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of new systems and manage installation subcontractors.
  • Support technical staff to address and solve customer problems.
  • Contribute to DAS and Small Cell division as an active team member.
  • Work with team members to complete proposals and projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to address customer concerns promptly.
  • Manage resources and forecast related to projects execution.
  • Prepare proposals and statements of work.
  • Evaluate and select subcontractors.
  • Focus on deploying gear, commission sites, and managing project finances.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree with at least eight (8) years DAS experience; OR
  • Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years DAS experience; OR
  • Master's degree with at least two (2) years DAS experience
  • Engineering or science degree desired
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Experience in DAS and Small Cell deployments desired
  • Knowledge of RF and exposure to financial data
  • Strong organization, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage horizontally and vertically across all management levels
  • Pro-active attitude, drive for results, and good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in project management tools and financial tracking
  • Ability to understand financial and technical feasibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a demanding environment.
  • Must Haves:
    • Vendor management
    • Customer-oriented mindset, on-call daily
    • 5-8 years experience in wireless industry
  • Customer-facing experience
