About the Program:
- New Graduate RN Apprentice program designed for those seeking exposure to various patient populations.
- Opportunities in Medical/Surgical track or Critical Care Development Path.

Program Structure:
Med/Surg New Graduate Apprentice Program:
- Units: Medical, Adolescent/Pediatrics, Post-Surgical Care, and Oncology Care.
- Rotations with gradual transition to autonomy.

Critical Care Development Path:
- Units: Cardiac Telemetry and Medical/Surgical Intermediate Care.
- Structured rotations for skill enhancement.

- Growth Path: Transition to ICU/ED after a year based on readiness.
- Ongoing support and regular check-ins with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance patient experience and satisfaction through innovative projects.

Qualifications:
- Open to external candidates with RN license.
- Letter of recommendation from a clinical instructor required.
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
- Active Wisconsin RN nursing license.
