Job Details


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients, ensuring their well-being and productivity in our facility.


Responsibilities

  • Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including routine check-ups, emergency care, and health consultations.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs to encourage a healthy lifestyle among patients.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to oversee medical leaves and support employees returning from such leaves.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients.
  • Offer necessary training and education to patients on health and safety practices.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers for specialized treatments and therapies.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including administering CPR/BLS when required.
  • Create a caring and supportive environment to help patients sustain optimal mental and physical health.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Proficient in CPR/BLS techniques and assisted living care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Capability to manage stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Experience in crafting and executing health and wellness programs.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and technology.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Desire to continually enhance knowledge and skills through professional development endeavors.
