Customer Service/office Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (fluent English/Spanish) and 1year related experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, CRM, etc.
- Quick learner with initiative and flexibility to multitask and wear many hats
- Attention to detail to resolve and follow through on all tasks
- Efficiently work on daily duties in an expeditious and practical manner
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to diffuse customer service issues
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Entering payroll hours, assist with new hire files
- Confirming jobs, updating the CRM, other jobrelated tasks
- Assist with invoicing, keeping storage accounts up to date
- Respond to vendors, claims, reviews, or movers' inquiries
- Assist Management, Operation, and Sales team daily
- Additional duties may vary according to business necessity.
OTHER
- Rate: $13 hour
- 2 weeks PTO
- Background check and screening required

From $13.00 per hour
