Job Description:
  • Blanchard Valley Health System Cardiovascular Care is building upon the heart care services we provide by expanding our Cardiology programs and services to include Vascular Surgery This is an excellent opportunity to build and grow in a practice along with our Interventional and Non-Invasive Cardiologists, experienced Nurse Practitioners and full support team.
  • Knowledge of the full spectrum of ancillary imaging modalities
  • Interpret ECHOS
  • Interpret and perform TEEs
  • Stress tests including nuclear and echo, EKGs, holters
  • Device placement and cardiac imaging interpretation preferred
  • Emergency Room consults
  • Inpatient consults on your patients during weekdays, after hours covering all cardiology consults if on call
  • Interventional cardiologists have separate STEMI call 1:3
  • Noninvasive cardiologist call 1:4
  • If STEMI is needed, call interventional cardiologists.
  • Experienced support staff
  • Robust medical support including full time interventional coverage
  • Chest Pain Center accreditation; Cath PCI registry, EP device implant registry
