Reporting To:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage resident assessment procedures, including staff training, scheduling MDS forms completion, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Coordinate assessments in line with OBRA and Medicare directives
- Participate in care conferences, monitor guest health status, and facilitate care planning
- Keep staff informed on MDS system updates
- Promote wellness among all guests at the facility
- Ensure adherence to facility policies, State, and Federal Regulations
- Act as the facility's PPS program supervisor
Qualifications:
- Michigan Licensed Registered Nurse with prior managerial experience in long-term care
- Familiarity with State and Federal Regulations
- Preferably MDS certified
- Experience with MDS is a plus (Training Provided)
- CPR Certification
- Dependable and Punctual
- Availability to work weekends
- Able to pass physical/essential functions assessment
- Capable of providing previous employer references
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check as per LARA requirements
