About the position:
Position/ Specialty: 4E ART Cardiovascular Intermediate Care
Ratios: The stepdown patients are always 1:3. The med surg assignment is either 1:4 or 1:5.
Shift: Will work 3x12hr nights, 7p-730a with holidays as needed
Weekend REQ: 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week period
Is on-call REQ? No call requirements.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Locals accepted on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: If a candidate is a clinical PASS, the account manager can auto offer a traveler that has 7 days or less of NON-HOLIDAY RTO. Any candidate that has 7+ days and/or includes holidays will have to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay the process.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred.
4 East is a 17-bed mixed acuity Cardiothoracic Acute Care Unit.? 4 East cares for all cardiothoracic patients both pre and post cardiac and thoracic surgery.? These surgeries include but are not limited to heart transplants, lung transplants, left ventricular assist devices, coronary artery bypass grafts (CABGs), valve replacements, lobectomies, esophagectomies, and thoracotomies.? The stepdown patients are staffed 1:3 while the medical surgical patients are staffed 1:4-1"5 Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 19:30)
