Operating across various locations and community settings, we offer a diverse array of programs, including vocational and therapy initiatives, day treatments, and specialized services tailored for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans.

Job Title: Direct Support Life Skills Trainer - Part-time 3rd shift (11pm - 7am) up to 24 hours weekly

Starting Wage: $16/hr with potential additional increments based on experience, medical manager certification, and education. Candidates holding an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services can start at $17.50/hr or higher, depending on experience and medical manager certification.

  • Provide guidance, aid, and oversight to individuals under care in areas such as daily living skills, therapeutic recreation, and various forms of support in residential and community setups.
  • Support daily tasks like meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication management.
  • Foster relationships between employers and those under care, encouraging community participation by accompanying them on outings or providing transportation for work and other engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with our clinical team to reinforce existing therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience of six months to one year in the human services field
  • Valid Driver's License from the state of residence
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Clean background check
  • Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to assisting others
  • Keen attention to detail, organizational abilities, and effective communication
  • Reliable, responsible, and compassionate with a focus on quality
