- Create agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Manage office supplies and organize office equipment maintenance.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist in monthly employee engagement and community activities.
- Perform filing tasks as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Data entry proficiency.
- Professional demeanor and conduct.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
