We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our team in Bemidji, MN This position is responsible for the day to day management of multiple mid-sized construction projects as part of the EAPC construction management team.

As a Construction Manager you will:

  • Contract Administration including: contract writing, change order management, manage requests for information, payment request review and preparation, dispute resolution.
  • Project scheduling
  • Cost estimating
  • Coordination of contractors and shop drawings.
  • Jobsite inspections
  • Attend and/or lead project meetings.
  • Implement and/or establish project objectives and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction team to maintain budgets and on time delivery.
  • Work closely with Owner's to resolve issues and maintain good relations.
  • Ensure that design and construction meets or exceeds the customer's specified performance criteria.
To join us you should have:
  • A.S. Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience
  • 4-year degree in one of the following is preferred: Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management
  • Ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience as a project manager working for a general contractor, construction manager or architectural/engineering firm on commercial building projects greater than $1.5 million; will consider all experience levels.
  • Ability to travel and visit job sites
  • Skill and experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office equipment
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
This is a full-time position that will report directly to the Senior Construction Manager and will work as an integrated member of our multidisciplinary team.
