*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*\
  • Demonstrated abilities to perform mechanical maintenance and repairs of different Mechanical Power Transmission Components (Gear boxes, couplings, belt and chain drives, gears and gearboxes, lubrication
\* Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and repair machine motion controls components (sensors, switches, actuators, motors, conveyor belts. Etc.)
\* Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and successfully resolve issues with Machine and Supporting Systems components.
\* Successfully conduct PM's on Mechanical Systems (including hydraulic, pneumatic, )
\* Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical problems and makes repairs as needed.
\* Performs basic welding, brazing, and cutting to fabricate items such as guardrails, brackets, and hangers.
\* Effectively uses measuring, testing and diagnostics devices and tools for PdM.
\* Maintains accurate maintenance records in the CMMS, Reads Pneumatics, Hydraulics Prints and Schematics.
\* Safely and effectively operate Fork, Scissor and Boom lifts.
\* Demonstrated knowledge of Power Tools as well as Machine Shop Equipment.
\* Working with and Troubleshooting Robotics is a PLUS
\* Performs other job duties as assigned.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*\
  • Must have Vocational School, associate degree with 2 years' experience in Manufacturing facility or High School Diploma and 3 Years of Proven Experience in the field.
\* Experience troubleshooting Mechanical Systems and machinery in an industrial environment.
\* Demonstrated ability to always work Safely (on his own and with others)
