The qualified nurse for this role will evaluate and assess patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries.
These nurses will ensure the best delivery of patient care in wound care procedures. The wound care nurse will also provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections. Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals is another crucial aspect of this role and does have some on-call responsibilities.Qualifications:
