• Experience and Education
  • Experience in Food Service Operation is preferred
  • Previous Barista experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Cash Register experience is preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Job Duties
  • Completes and maintains all job performance requirements and standards as established
  • Maintains all standards as required. Promotes a positive work environment
  • Promotes sales by educating customers and explaining drink menu
  • Sets up and operates the cash register. Receives and verifies cash till
  • Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques
  • Keeps equipment operating smoothly. Maintains necessary supplies
  • Maintains records and statistics, including cashiering details and cash handling
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment. Serves beverages and prepared food
  • Follows guidelines for food safety. Attends required meetings and training
  • Completes responsibilities within allotted timeframe. Reports issues promptly
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance. Ensures safety and sanitation
