As a Home Health Lead Preceptor RN, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Banner Home Health Clinical Team, offering expert care within your community. This role allows you to focus on medical intervention in the comfort of the patient's home, fostering unique one-on-one relationships with patients and caregivers. This position offers a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule and provides support in West Valley.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a current, valid RN license
- BLS certification required
- Previous experience in Home Health is a must

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
