Housekeeper Position at Olympus Property

Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:

As a Housekeeper at Olympus Property, your main focus will be maintaining a high level of cleanliness and appearance in our apartments and amenities. Your role is crucial in ensuring our residents are happy to call their apartment home. You should be enthusiastic, reliable, and take pride in your work.

You will report to the Business Manager and collaborate with the Leasing and Maintenance team to foster a welcoming, supportive environment.

Key Duties:

• Clean and upkeep apartment community interiors, model homes, vacant homes, and amenities
• Refresh vacant apartments, leasing office, and common areas
• Perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, appliance cleaning, and dusting
• Sanitize restrooms in the office, common areas, and pool areas
• Assist in other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping preferred
• Attention to detail
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb stairs regularly
• Availability to assist in after-hours emergencies when needed
