Job Description:
- Collaborate with Director of Data Strategy, Governance & Product Configuration to align department outputs / inputs with current business strategies.
- Coordinate with SAP analysts and solution architects to optimize use of master data across data domains.
- Ensure that Data Governance and Data Stewardship processes are inserted into and aligned with appropriate enterprise processes and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership across the organization to identify business needs and implement Data Governance and Data Stewardship capabilities.
- Coordinate and analyze master data accuracy in both our sales and ERP software and advocate for data quality and provide end user training and root cause analysis.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Masters degree with 3+ years of experience; degree preferably in science, engineering or business related field
- 4+ years managerial experience
- 5+ years SAP experience
- Proven capability utilizing analytical techniques to support decision making and facilitating engagement with stakeholders, including executive leadership
Desired Experience:
- Leveraging lean and continuous Improvement methods / tools
- Leveraging problem solving processes
- Implementing policy and procedural processes / documentation
