About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Bell Attendant to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Nashville, offering an exciting chance to contribute to our exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Deliver and collect luggage to and from guest rooms
  • Transfer hotel packages, faxes, and parcels
  • Greet guests cordially and promptly with a warm smile and eye contact
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel services and amenities
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and collections


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in Guest Services, particularly in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Capability to handle heavy lifting and pushing of carts
  • Desire to provide exceptional service to residents, guests, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High level of professionalism and accountability within the team
