A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, the CFO will report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall leadership and management of Blattner Company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial and accounting related activities of the company.
  • The Chief Financial Officer will be expected to provide business and operational analysis, strategic insight, and tactical financial support to be an effective business partner and trusted advisor to the President, senior management team and board to drive growth, profitability, cash flow generation and overall value creation.
  • The CFO will be responsible for increasing the company's ability to anticipate issues that may arise and driving good decision-making through sound financial and risk management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA and / or a Certified Public Accountant (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of prior related business and senior management experience. Reputation as a strategic, innovative, and disciplined financial/business leader. Well-rounded financial professional with strong leadership experience, ideally within a specialty contracting or construction based public industrial business. Experience with companies known for performance metrics and discipline will be sought.
