Job Summary
BAE Systems is seeking a talented and experienced Program Engineering Manager to join our Electronic Combat Solutions team. In this role, you will lead a diverse interdisciplinary engineering team to deliver innovative Electronic Warfare capabilities. From strategic planning to successful execution, you will play a key role in developing new technologies for the defense industry. If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, come be a part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a diverse engineering team for the program.
- Partner with the program office to ensure successful execution of all engineering efforts.
- Lead planning and execution of program and engineering reviews.
- Serve as the Engineering focal point for all program activities.
- Develop staffing requirements and ensure proper team alignment.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical discipline and 8 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for candidates with active Top Secret clearance.
- Experience in Software and/or System Engineering.
- Knowledge of Agile and DEVSECOPS.
- SAP/SAR Clearance highly preferred.
