About the role
As a Seasonal Team Member, you play a vital role in providing customers with top-notch service during the bustling holiday season. Your tasks include building customer relationships, processing transactions, maintaining merchandise standards, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. This position involves working as a cashier, sales specialist, or merchandiser/stock associate, with opportunities to transition into a regular role.

You will
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, informing them about products, and services
- Handle cashier responsibilities and adhere to company policies during transactions
- Showcase Total Wine & More's product range
- Assist with inventory management and maintenance, while reporting any issues to management
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Retrieve carts from the parking lot and help customers with their purchases
- Enjoy employee discounts
What we're looking for
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Flexible schedule availability for part-time or full-time positions
- Proficiency in relevant technology and a proactive approach to daily tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations)
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift items overhead
