The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and Hand Crafted Cocktails to our guests, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.


Duties:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests following standard recipes
  • Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters and equipment
  • Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
  • Handle cash and operate the pointofsale (POS) system for transactions
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills:

  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A BARTENDER OR SERVER
  • Proficiency in mixing cocktails and Hand Crafted drinks
  • Familiarity with food handling procedures
  • Understanding of techniques for pouring beerbased drinks
  • Strong customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment within the food industry
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
