We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced Director of DevOps to lead our DevOps team and drive the implementation of DevOps best practices across the Source product.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, operations, and automation, with a proventrack recordof successfully implementing DevOps strategies in complex environments.
The Director will have experience collaborating to produce high performing and maintainable solutionsandwill provide hands on guidance, coaching, and mentoring for global Delivery teams as we build, evolve, and scale our solutions to meet our growing business.

Your impact
:
Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers (onshore and offshore), providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in our development and operations workflows.
Architect andmaintainhighly availableand scalable infrastructure using modernAzurecloud technologies.
Implement and manage automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to accelerate the software delivery lifecyclein Azure.
Architect,Monitorand analyze system performance metrics toidentifyand resolve bottlenecks,optimizeresourceutilization, and ensure reliability and scalability.
Establish and enforce security best practices to protect our infrastructure, applications, and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps, andleveragethis knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
What you bring:
10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, and configuration management
5+ years of experience in a leadership role,with at least 2 years' experience leading a global team
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and practices, including Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with Azure DevOps for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)pipelines
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights
Experience with agile development methodologies onAzure
Expertisein cloud computing platforms and services, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Strong Knowledge of Azure Cloud Technologies for DEVOPS Deployments,Infrastructure,networkingand security conceptsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership and team-building skills, witha track recordof fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Basic Knowledge of database administration
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Geographic Responsibility:
While this role is based out of our office in Burlington, MA, you may live anywhere in the U.S.
