- To support our associates' path to U.S. citizenship, Brookdale offers to cover advance fees for naturalization application costs (Form N-400) up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates with a minimum of one year of service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
- Ensure residents receive respectful and dignified treatment and quality care as their healthcare needs evolve.
- Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts, including stepping into Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide roles if necessary to meet resident needs and staffing requirements.
- Assist in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers. Provide ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom sessions and situation-specific training. Manage associates' schedules.
- Oversee and ensure the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration in the community. Conduct routine Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and medication audits as per Brookdale Guidelines.
- Share on-call duties as needed.
- Education requirements include obtaining a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and having at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- LPN or LVN license required.
