The Springs at Wilsonville is currently seeking a Life Enrichment Director for a one of a kind Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Job Description
The Springs at Wilsonville is looking for a dynamic, cheerful, optimistic, organized, and motivated individual who loves to enrich the lives of seniors.
This position is specifically responsible for planning and implementing meaningful activities for our residents, with an emphasis on The 8 Dimensions of Wellness:Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, and Environmental and Financial.
The Life Enrichment Director is essential to the satisfaction of our residents and to our mission of helping people Live Life to its Fullest.
Because our residents deserve the best, you are held to a high standard for quality and customer service.Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Leading the preparation and delivery of monthly programming for our Assisted Living and Memory Care areas, in conjunction with the Life Enrichment Coordinator.
Informing residents of daily activities through various mechanisms including print and digital.Planning, coordinating, and assisting with tasteful decoration of the community for special events and holidays.
Consulting with and supervising the Life Enrichment Coordinator and Life Enrichment team members.
Coordinating transportation needs related to various events and activities with the Transportation team.
Driving facility vehicles safely to and from destinations and according to activity schedule and medical appointment schedule as necessary.
Assisting with the development of the departmental budget and monitoring monthly expenses as budgeted.
Maintaining professional certifications including but not limited to; CPR, and First Aid.
Qualifications
Must have 3-5 years of experience in Wellness and Activities programming in a senior housing community including designing and facilitating all aspects of a comprehensive program.
Must have 3-5 years demonstrated experience leading teams.Must have valid Driver's License and have been licensed for at least 5 years, and be able to pass DMV records check.
The applicant must pass a drug screen and criminal history background check at time of hire.Additional Information:
