We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Sales Manager to complement our team at Miccosukee Casino & Resort. Qualifications

  • Three or more years of successful sales experience
  • Proficiency in catering sales, contract negotiation, event planning, and menu development
  • Ability to work independently and uphold high business etiquette standards
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

As the Catering Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on generating sales, managing catering events, and overseeing marketing activities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, delivering compelling sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event process.

  • Network and prospect with key decision makers
  • Create and deliver effective sales pitches
  • Negotiate contracts and address client needs promptly
  • Maintain detailed sales records and client database
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet guest expectations
  • Assist in event planning and execution
  • Act as the main point of contact for group events

Operating around the clock, seven days a week, Miccosukee Casino & Resort may adjust shifts based on demand. Flexibility and availability during various hours are necessary to excel in this role.

While in this position, walking, standing, and sitting are regular activities, with occasional requirements for climbing and lifting. The work environment may entail temperature variations and moderate to high noise levels, with designated smoking and non-smoking areas.
