Senior Registered Nurse Supervisor (Part-Time)

The Senior Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of resident care within our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which encompass skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation based on experience starting at $42.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular walking rounds across all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure the provision of top-quality resident care by the nursing staff.
• Manage and monitor nursing staffing levels in all neighborhoods to guarantee proper staff availability for resident care and meeting established PPD.
• Implement a personalized approach to care that focuses on the resident's strengths, ensuring comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Address and resolve resident/family concerns and grievances effectively.
• Lead investigations into incidents of unknown origin, medication errors, and abuse allegations as required. Prepare supervisory reports as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Review medical record documentation for compliance with regulations, nursing standards, and Erickson policy.

Requirements:

• Graduate Registered Nurse from an accredited institution; BSN preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records is advantageous.
• 1-3 years' experience as a floor nurse in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
