Job Description:

  • Offer strategic leadership, coaching, and guidance to optimize the performance of construction Project Management and support teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Supervise training and development initiatives for project managers and support staff, ensuring they meet performance goals.
  • Oversee departmental goals, budgets, and financial reviews, utilizing LEAN techniques for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with construction processes to deliver projects safely and with high quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and influencing abilities.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and implementing process improvement strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading projects successfully within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
