Key Responsibilities

  • Process documents for state registration and ensure completion of tax and title documents
  • Handle payoffs, vehicle registrations, license plate issuance, and title transfers
  • Send necessary paperwork to relevant agencies
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of forms
  • Maintain records of sales, payments, warranties, and service contracts
  • Manage vehicle titles and MSO's for inventory
  • Prepare and submit title work for sold vehicles
  • Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory

Qualifications We Look For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Computer literate with excellent writing and grammar abilities
  • Capable of multitasking and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
