We have a very strong referral business that has been established with excellent strategic partners who consistently bring business to the table.

At Suntrek, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way pools are heated, making them more energy-efficient and eco-friendly.

Our solar pool heating systems harness the power of the sun to provide comfortable and cost-effective heating solutions for pool owners across the state.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand our presence in the pool industry.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven track record of success in the pool industry.

You'll be the driving force behind our growth, leveraging your pool industry expertise and connections to unlock new opportunities and propel our company and your career forward.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
Conduct in-person sales presentations to homeowners on our solar pool heating solutions educating them on the benefits.

Leverage existing relationships and networks in the pool industry to generate leads and opportunities for our solar pool heating solutions.

Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including pool builders, pool service providers, and other industry professionals, to promote our products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for prospective customers.
Build and nurture relationships with pool industry professionals and strategic partners.
Log all activity into our CRM system (METHOD), including contacts, activities, sales opportunities, and signed projects.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:
Must have an existing network of contacts and relationships in the pool industry.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
