TÜV SÜD, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, has created a full-time, remote position for a Marketing & Sales Operations Associate.

Candidates who are willing to work on site up to 2 days per week in our Alpharetta, GA or Wakefield, MA are preferred.

The Marketing & Sales Operations Associate connects clients and prospects to the appropriate company resource throughout the customer lifecycle.

This role will build effective relationships with our sales teams and corporate support staff to support client retention and the development of new sales leads.

Active listening and clear communication are crucial for understanding needs and preferences. The Marketing & Sales Operations Associate role requires a high level of accuracy, timeliness, proactivity, and problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:1.

Lead Assessment and Routing:
Evaluate inbound leads based on specific criteria, such as interest level, budget, and fit with the company's offerings.
Determine whether a lead is genuinely interested and likely to convert into a customer.
Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels such as web chat and LinkedIn.2.

Sales Development:
Coordinate communication between a client and the sales representative to ensure effective handoff during the sales process.
Work closely with sales representatives and marketing teams.
Provide valuable insights to improve the sales process and customer journey.3.

Customer Service LiaisonPromptly forward inquiries related to scheduling, invoices, and certificate or report verification to the appropriate partyThis job may be for you if have:
