  • Oversee the daily operations of the Fire Sprinkler Department, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations in Texas.
  • Lead a team in coordinating and executing various fire sprinkler projects.
  • Manage construction installation projects and monitor operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor technicians, order materials, and monitor project financials.
  • Provide leadership to the Fire Sprinkler Installation Department.
  • Set productivity expectations for direct reports and maintain schedules.
  • Ensure safety training for technicians and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Attend construction meetings and update project statuses.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Fire Sprinkler Installation management.
  • 3+ years of fire sprinkler design and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of P&L and Microsoft products.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Windows OS.

Preferred Certifications:

  • FAL, APS, PMP certifications.
  • NICET certification is a plus.

Other Duties:

  • Adhere to company policies and perform assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects.
  • Required physical abilities include balancing, climbing, grasping, and more.
