About the Job: Prepare delectable food and beverage items following recipes and Company standards to provide exceptional hospitality. The role involves working in food preparation, packaging, cashiering, and fulfilling beverage orders.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Café Manager and/or Lead in ensuring food and beverage items meet quality standards.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas throughout the shift.
  • Exceed expectations by working efficiently and positively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow Company recipes and food safety protocols.
  • Complete mandatory food and safety logs promptly.
  • Adhere to Cash Handling Procedures.
  • Uphold Health and Safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Understanding of food preparation, storage, sanitation, and kitchen equipment.
  • Obtain ServSafe and/or State Food Handler Certification.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work on foot in a fast-paced environment and lift weights up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with diverse personalities.
  • Physically fit for bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting.

Knowledge and
Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: At least 1 year of café experience preferred along with customer service exposure.
