Included Health is currently seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Minnesota to join their expanding team of mental health clinicians, aiming to elevate the standard of healthcare globally.

The Remote Therapists at Included Health are dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients throughout their health journey, utilizing cutting-edge interventions to meet their needs.

In this role, as a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will conduct individual virtual therapy sessions via a state-of-the-art Telehealth platform. While working independently, you will have constant support from your clinical team.

The Clinical Operations team at Included Health manages all billing, patient scheduling, and onboarding tasks, allowing you to focus solely on delivering exceptional care to your clients.

By using evidence-based strategies, you will guide clients through their mental health treatment journey by developing customized treatment plans and delivering the necessary care.

Currently looking to expand their operations in various states, Included Health is seeking licensed professionals such as Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Mental Health Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments through video-based encounters
- Provide remote counseling and therapy, conduct mental health evaluations, and compile patient medical data
- Develop and execute behavioral health treatment plans, assess the outcomes of mental health evaluations, and offer evidence-based therapeutic assistance to patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and reports
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission of enhancing global health through compassionate care and innovation
  • Required Qualifications for each Position:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Master's degree in Social Work, 3+ years of post-licensure experience, active LCSW license, ability to practice independently, strong communication skills
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, 6+ years of post-licensure experience, active LMFT license, ability to practice independently, strong communication skills
  • Professional Counselor (LPC) / Mental Health Counselor (LMHC): Master's degree in Counseling, 5+ years of post-licensure experience, active LPC/LMHC license, ability to practice independently, strong communication skills

The compensation for this contractor role is $60 per visit hour.
