We are hiring atomic, molecular, and optical (AMO) physicists to work on ultraprecise quantum devices for applications like autonomous navigation and high-bandwidth communications.

Requirements:
  • Prototype and design optical, mechanical, and electrical subsystems
  • Sensor integration, initialization, and optimization; data analysis
  • Analyze and simulate atomic sensor performance and environmental sensitivities
  • Deploy and demonstrate prototype sensors in real-world settings

What We're Seeking:
  • PhD in atomic, optical, quantum physics, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with various technologies including atomic clocks, laser cooling, precision spectroscopy, and more
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Pay Range: The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $155,000 per year, inclusive of bonuses. Actual compensation depends on factors like skills, experience, and job performance.
