Responsibilities


As an RN at Arizona General Hospital you will assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.

Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values.

Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.

Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship.

Qualifications

Minimum:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

AZ State RN License or Compact State License

Current American Heart Association ACLS

Current American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Must demonstrate a passion for nursing with strong problem solving abilities

Must show genuine kindness and compassion for every individual who enters our hospital

Preferred:

BSN
Two (2) years recent acute care experience

Pay Range

$ $58.90 /hour
