About This Role:

Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Intelligence Requirements Manager to support USCYBERCOM's Intelligence Directorate (J2). Intelligence Requirements Manager must have the ability to identify, analyze, consolidate, report, and make recommendations to fill or mitigate capability/intelligence gaps and requirements to various senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in cyber intelligence, information technology, Force Modernization, and DoD acquisition program management to assist the Government in managing J2 intelligence capability requirements and solutions
  • Coordinate within J2, with other Command JDIRs, NSA, commercial vendors, and other DoD/IC organizations as necessary, to refine, assess, document, and maintain requirements and to identify potential solutions and recommendations for validated requirements
  • Evaluate identified solutions, and/or conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) to ensure recommendations are valid and financially feasible
  • Maintain POA&Ms and develop acquisition support documents for validated requirements as required
  • Apply expert knowledge of JCIDS to represent J2 in joint Staff FCB processes, and to assist in annual IPL gap, force modernization and requirements validation/re-validation assessments in response to emerging threats, changing external guidance, and realignment of mission priorities

The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years implementing DoD requirements process in support of cyberspace and/or Joint Intelligence missions
  • 3+ years in the development of broad-based program plans, including budgets and schedules
  • Experience as a participant or member of the JCIDS Functional Control Board and/or its working groups
  • Knowledge of ICD 23 Analytical Standards
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community and DoD Cyber and Intelligence capabilities
  • Experience working at the Service Component or Combatant Command levels
