Job Title: Addictions Counselor

• Work closely with mono-lingual Spanish speaking clients in the Outpatient Program
• Deliver individualized and specialized services to clients with substance use disorders
• Collaborate with a clinical team to create personalized treatment plans focused on recovery and relapse prevention
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Contribute to the overall mission of helping individuals achieve sobriety and a better quality of life

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients and conduct required evaluations and assessments
• Create and implement individual treatment plans
• Document all clinical services accurately and in a timely manner
• Conduct individual and group sessions based on treatment plan goals
• Coordinate with community resources to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
• Assist clients with discharge and continuing care planning

Qualifications:

• COUNSELOR 1: Associates Degree with clinical experience
• COUNSELOR 2: Associates Degree with more clinical experience OR Bachelors degree
• COUNSELOR 3: Bachelors or Masters degree with clinical experience

Accepted degrees include Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, and more. Licensing through DOC or PCB required.
