About the job:
The Associate Engineer (AE) collaborates with and is supervised by senior Engineers, supporting post-sales engineering, consulting design, and technology implementation services. Additionally, Associate Engineers assist senior Engineers in pre-sales activities like creating, reviewing, and validating customer solutions. Some travel is necessary for this role.

Salary range:
$31/HR - $32/HR USD

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively monitor Service-Now queue for tasks such as New Hires/On-Boarding requests and Off-Boarding requests.
  • Collect equipment for Off-Boarding and process it upon arrival at the office.
  • Handle Software Removal and Teleworker package requests.
  • Assist with loaner requests and ensure timely return and rebuild of laptops.
  • Ship equipment for Teleworker requests promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver mobile devices as required.
  • Assist with quarterly Inventory checks and asset disposal.
  • Replace toner cartridges for on-site printers.

Experience required:
Experience troubleshooting hardware like laptops, monitors, and printers. Familiarity with mobile devices, Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Service-Now.
