Role Overview:

Offering continuous protection and cyber defense for ADP's global network is vital for the success of ADP's brand and market share growth. The Critical Incident Response Center (CIRC) Analysts play a crucial role in detecting and responding to security threats globally, encompassing cyber operations, fraud prevention, physical security, and risk management.

Analysts require a comprehensive understanding of modern security landscapes and collaborate with various teams to address security incidents promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate security alerts, determine criticality, and apply mitigation measures promptly
  • Lead complex investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct Event Monitoring and Log Analysis for Cyber Alerts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance alert detections and improve existing alerts
  • Manage multiple alerts and investigations concurrently
  • Participate in Purple team exercises and operational improvement projects

Requirements:

  • 6 years of Security Analysis and Incident Response Experience
  • Networking Skills and familiarity with various operating systems
  • Experience with Security Tools & Technologies and Malware Analysis
  • Ability to develop scripts and work with SQL
