Bringing more than five years of expertise leading ORMB Healthcare implementations as a solution architect and technical architect for top Healthcare Payors with a background in Fully Insured ASO individual business.

Extensive involvement in full life cycle ORMB Healthcare implementations covering project scope definition, revenue management, billing requirements, functional specification documentation, gap analysis, product customization, interface development, system and user acceptance testing coordination, and facilitation of trainings.

Proficiency in domain knowledge and ORMB technical skills spanning areas such as Policy plan Membership, Customer Management, Pricing, Billing, Payments, Delinquency, and General Ledger Finance within the Healthcare sector. Skilled in conducting Fit Gap analyses, addressing business needs through customized ORMB solutions, producing functional and technical design documents, and creating solution blueprints.

Experience in integrating ORMB with external applications like banks, fulfilment systems, general ledger systems, and online customer portals

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the overall solution architecture and design for the modernization of legacy billing applications utilizing ORMB products, and the rollout across various business segments within a Health Care Company.

Responsible for Requirement Analysis, designing Process flows, FIT GAP Solution Design, developing Blueprints, FSDs, TDDs, managing User Acceptance Testing, and conducting Trainings

Creating technical and functional designs for both inbound and outbound interfaces from ORMB

Conducting demonstrations and presenting to business stakeholders to align on solution options while optimizing cost-effectiveness

Offering leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers, developers, and quality engineers

Collaborating with enterprise architects to steer the overall solution architecture with partner applications.

Assessing the current application functionalities, conducting POCs for the implementation of new features introduced in updated ORMB releases.

Identifying and resolving system bugs and inefficiencies within existing systems to align with business requirements.

Providing technical support and guidance to the team in system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting critical program errors and bugs

Assisting business users in change management through training support during user acceptance testing and post-production launch of the application
