Job Title: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Per Diem

Concentra, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate care to patients in the Minnesota market. Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, working 6-8 shifts per month
- Location: Minneapolis/Blaine, MN area
Experience and Skills:
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Comfortable treating patients, with procedural skills
Work Environment and Responsibilities:
Clinic setting focused on outpatient Occupational Medicine
Key Duties:
- Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
- Evaluate and treat patients using Concentra's medical model
- Establish appropriate care levels
- Complete medical records on time
- Maintain operational standards
- Identify growth opportunities
- Engage in quality management processes
- Provide guidance to medical colleagues when needed
Qualifications:
Preferred 2-5 years of experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine. Possess relevant licensure, certification, and board eligibility or certification. Occupational Medicine experience is a plus.
