How You Contribute:

The Unit Clerk plays a vital role in offering administrative and medical assistance to a healthcare unit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and forms
  • Ensure the clinic and dental rooms are well-stocked and prepared for use
  • Handle phone calls and coordinate necessary supplies or repairs
  • Execute administrative duties such as filing, organizing medical records, and managing appointments

Perform other tasks as needed, including copying materials, placing orders, handling mail and packages, and monitoring general email correspondence.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D

Experience:
At least one year in a healthcare setting, with training in medical terminology. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel and Word, good organizational and communication skills.
