EDI Specialist

A personal care CPG brand is looking for a EDI Specialist to assist with conducting EDI validation, monitor EDI transactions, perform testing and data validation activities within a 3 to 4 month project

Job Details

REMOTE

PAY: $35 - $40/hr

TEMP: 3 - 4 months duration

Responsibilities:

• Conduct EDI validation in collaboration with RJW, Orderful, and Celigo.
• Assist with testing and data validation activities involving PwC, DSC, RJW, Celigo, and Orderful.
• Monitor EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Guarantee that documentation and change management procedures are current and accurate.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EDI-related issues across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of EDI experience.
• Strong experience with EDI validation and integration, particularly with platforms such as RJW, Orderful, and Celigo.
• Prior ecommerce or retail background related to EDI.
• Proven ability to manage testing and data validation processes with multiple stakeholders, including PwC, DSC, RJW, Celigo, and Orderful.
• Excellent skills in maintaining up-to-date documentation and overseeing change management procedures.
