Key Responsibilities

1. Execute custodial duties to meet the expectations of the Supervisor and clients.
2. Maintain outdoor areas and address debris/snow removal as instructed.
3. Attend and successfully complete all mandatory training sessions.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization of equipment, storage spaces, and custodial areas.
5. Uphold a professional image by adhering to dress code standards.
6. Promptly report accidents and safety concerns to the Supervisor.
7. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
8. Adhere to safety protocols for personal and collective well-being.
9. Fulfill any additional tasks delegated by the Supervisor or assigned personnel.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1. Capable of handling physical demands, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects.
2. Capacity to follow instructions effectively.
3. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds following proper techniques.
4. Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings as required by various authorities and clients.
