In this position, you will hold a pivotal role in designing and building a state-of-the-art global data platform.

This position requires a unique blend of technical aptitude and business savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

You will reach out to and converse with diverse teams of internal clients across ADP to define client needs and journey, and and work closely with ADP architects, engineers, data scientists, analysts, and more to build the vision, design, and roadmap for the platform.

We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job.

Whether you're in meetings with clients or sales, service, developers, analysts, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps create and establish product roadmap.

You stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelizing about your product and communicate with confidence.

You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles and how to satisfy a diverse group of global stakeholders.

You communicate progress to them and provide great products using agile methodology. From concept to code, your voice will influence project success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
You'll start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities.
Research & Requirements. You'll lead discovery, design and delivery. You'll document and prioritize product features. You're always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better.

You'll incorporate what makes sense into your product roadmap based on our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech will have on your products.

You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately.

You'll collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to name some, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be.

You will measure, monitor and report product metrics, product outcomes and business outcomes.
Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams on client experience journeys, to delivering new features, product enhancements. Best part? You'll get to see those ideas come to life.
You'll speak to internal and external stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of Product Management experience in an enterprise environment
To thrive in this role, you have 6+ years in building and deploying data products or data heavy products
Experience in building complex cloud based data platforms for either internal or external use is a big plus
The ideal candidate has experience with Databricks

You are skilled at breaking down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact.

While working with emerging technologies, you understand the balance between experimentation and execution and you leverage data to drive your decision making in both domains.

You inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging your teams to start new initiatives to innovate and explore new ways of doing things.

Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
